About RTI at NDTBC

The New Delhi Tuberculosis Centre (NDTBC) is a Public Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Information sought under the Act may be obtained by submitting a written application along with the prescribed fee to the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) of the Centre.

How to File an RTI Application

  1. Write a clear application in English or Hindi addressed to the CPIO, NDTBC.
  2. Enclose an application fee of ₹10 (by Demand Draft / Indian Postal Order in favour of the Director, NDTBC, payable at New Delhi).
  3. Mention your full name, postal address and a working telephone number / email for correspondence.
  4. Submit the application by post or in person at the NDTBC reception during office hours.
  5. BPL applicants are exempted from fees on submission of supporting documents.
