Thesis – Undergoing

1.       Evaluation of TrueNat with CBNAAT for detection of Tubercular Meningitis in children  and adolescents.

2.       Isoniazid resistance in Rifampicin sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis in children and adolescents.

3.       To study the effectiveness of Fluorescein Diacetate (FDA) vital staining in comparison to culture in follow up of first six months of treatment in multidrug resistant, pre-extremely drug resistant and extremely drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients on longer regimen under National Tuberculosis Elimination Program.
